Please contact us at least one week in advance to discuss and negotiate pricing if desired. However, contacting us just one day before will also be accommodated. For scheduled and routed deliveries, our team of drivers is equipped to handle packages of any size.

We offer assistance with furniture and equipment moving, including setup in your home or apartment and transportation through various floors. Please note that while this additional service incurs an extra charge, it is optional, and you may choose to decline it. Our pricing remains based on distance and weight. Additional Trucks will incur extra charges. To ensure we are fully prepared, please provide details about the space required for your items so we can arrange for an appropriately sized truck to accommodate your needs and ensure the best possible service.

To qualify for same-day delivery, please place your order by the cutoff time, which is 2 PM. We will provide real-time tracking, clearly communicate any delivery status updates or changes, and inform you of any additional charges, while ensuring you are aware of the specific service areas we cover.

For freight deliveries, please contact us via email to discuss and record all details, ensuring we maintain accurate records. We require at least one week’s notice to accommodate your needs, including the volume of goods to be transported. Additional trucks will incur extra charges. We serve all five boroughs, New Jersey, and parts of Long Island, with potential expansion of service areas based on availability and time.
